HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, helping residents maintain dignity and independence.

You’ll engage with residents with compassion, respond to distress, and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing. The role offers training, career development and a supportive team in a values-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is beneficial.
