Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our care homes across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care. You’ll work under a Registered Nurse, supporting residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing with personal care and daily activities.

You’ll put residents’ wellbeing first, uphold dignity, and help provide compassionate end-of-life care as needed. A warm, person-centred approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist with meals and daily activities, maintaining dignity and independence.
