Job summary

HC-One is seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our team across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care, meals and daily activities with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and help with daily activities in the home.
• Deliver care with dignity, respecting residents' individuality and needs.
