Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents with dignity and respect.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and deliver compassionate end-of-life care. Safeguarding training is required, and you’ll be part of a supportive, values‑driven HC‑One community.

Qualifications

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities and end-of-life care with compassion.
• Follow safeguarding policies and complete required training.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care that respects residents' individuality and dignity.
• Support daily living activities and personal routines.
• Assist with meals, hygiene and mobility as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
