Job summary

HC-One is seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our team across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will work under a Registered Nurse, supporting residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care and daily activities, always placing their dignity first.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with daily activities in the home to promote residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, respecting individuality and dignity.
• Recognise safeguarding concerns and report them promptly, assisting with training as required.
