Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities while preserving each resident's dignity and individuality.

You will participate in safeguarding training and have opportunities for personal and professional development as HC-One grows its digital care planning and learning programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for residents
• Ability to follow guidance of a Registered Nurse
• Understanding safeguarding in adult social care

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing
• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene) and meals
• Support daily activities in the home
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care when needed
