Job summary

HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care teams. You will support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents, assisting with personal care, meals and daily activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care to elderly residents.
• Ability to work under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Commitment to safeguarding and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing and meals.
• Assist with daily activities and social wellbeing under nurse guidance.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care when required.
