Care First Uk Recruitment Solutions is seeking compassionate Care Assistants for a well-established care home in the Marchwood area, Hampshire. The role supports residents with daily living, promoting independence and dignity, with training and development opportunities provided.

The position is part-time (24 hours per week) with a salary of £13.05 per hour and funded DBS checks, plus benefits and a clear path for progression within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care.
• Assist with meals and hydration.

• Work closely with colleagues, residents and families.
