Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is looking for compassionate Care Assistants in Marchwood, Hampshire. The role supports residents with dementia and general care, with a strong emphasis on maintaining independence and dignity.

You will work a 24-hour per week contract, 8am–8pm, with full training provided and a funded DBS check. No formal qualifications are required; experience in care is a plus, and progression opportunities exist.
