Job summary

HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our teams across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes in the UK. You will support residents with personal care, daily activities and meals, respecting their individuality and dignity.

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will help maintain physical, emotional and social wellbeing, monitor needs and report changes. We offer training, development opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Support residents with daily activities and meals, respecting individual needs and dignity.
• Follow care plans and document changes in residents' conditions for nurses and managers.
• Attend safeguarding training and recognise signs of harm or neglect, escalating concerns as required.
