Hesketh Park Lodge Care Home in Southport, Merseyside, part of Care Concern Group, is hiring a Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You will help residents with daily living, following care plans and maintaining dignity and independence in a friendly team setting.

The role offers 36 hours per week, alternate weekends, DBS pension, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks of annual leave on a full-time basis. Training and progression are provided to support your journey.

Formación

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to contribute to safe, responsive care.
• Work as part of a team to create a warm, positive environment.
• Be available to work alternate weekends.
