Your new company
A well-established manufacturing business based in Birmingham is currently looking for a qualified accountant to join as a Company Accountant / Finance Manager. This role is on a temp-to-perm basis and requires being on-site 5 days a week in Birmingham.
Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will oversee financial operations, manage a team of four, ensure accuracy of financial records, and handle the external audit process. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and strong accounting knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be fully qualified, available to start on short notice, and have experience leading accounting and consolidations for a company of similar size (£20m).
