Depaul is seeking a Deputy Manager in Belfast to support the Project Group Manager and oversee daily operations of the designated portfolio. The role requires harm reduction principles and ongoing client support for women leaving prison, with on-call duties.

Salary: £32,066.93 P/A
Contract: Fixed Term to December 2028 (may be extended subject to funding) Hours: 35 per week (varied shifts) Some work during evenings and weekends will be required and time off in lieu applies for extra hours worked. Participation in the 24/7 on-call rota

Community Transition Service for women leaving prison is an innovative service that supports women who find themselves in the criminal justice system helping them to integrate back into their communities. The service does this by providing support in various areas including rebuilding social networks accessing educational and housing opportunities with 24hr wrap around support.

The Deputy Manager will support the Project Group Manager (PGM) in the efficient and effective management of the assigned portfolio, and will work within the principal of harm reduction. In conjunction with the PGM you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your assigned portfolio providing care and support to the particular client group. The Deputy manager will also be part of an on-call rota.
