Job summary

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Northwich is seeking a Therapy Assistant to support delivery of therapy through home exercise programs and education.

You will work under supervision of a senior physiotherapist and occupational therapist, with regular CPD opportunities and objective setting through appraisals.

The role also involves ordering and maintaining stock and equipment, and using excellent communication to ensure clinical advice and treatment plans are delivered sensitively.

Full induction on commencement of the role. Supervision from senior physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist. Setting individual objectives through appraisals and competencies will be provided. All generic therapy assistants benefit from regular supervision sessions which are fortnightly to start.
