Job summary

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Community Support Worker in Woking to provide person-centred care in clients’ homes and communities. You will assist with daily routines, promote independence, and offer companionship, working closely with families and professionals.

Successful candidates will have some care experience, strong communication, a caring and reliable nature, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Previous care or support experience desirable.
• Caring, reliable and compassionate attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence and own car essential.
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.

• Providing person-centred care and support.
• Supporting with daily routines and personal care where required.
