Care First Recruitment is recruiting Care & Support Workers across Kent, East Sussex, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Dorset and surrounding areas. As a Care & Support Worker you will provide person-centred support based on each individual's needs, choices and goals.

You may work in supported living, people's homes, or community-based services, with duties including daily routines, independence, personal care, medication support, and building trusting

Qualifications

• As a Care & Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support based around each individual's needs, choices and goals.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities.
• Promoting independence, confidence and life skills.
• Supporting people to access the community, appointments and social activities.
• Helping with shopping, meal preparation and household tasks.
• Providing personal care where required.
• Supporting health and wellbeing.
• Supporting individuals with medication where required and once trained.
• Building positive and trusting relationships.
• Encouraging individuals to make their own choices.
• Completing care records and following support plans.
