Job summary

Your Care Jobs Ltd. is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide person-centred support in clients’ homes and in the community. You will help individuals stay independent, promote wellbeing and social inclusion, and follow individual support plans to deliver compassionate care.

Work includes completing daily living tasks, accompanying clients to appointments, and supporting recovery and community integration. Full training is provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability required on a rota from Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with valid business insurance.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full training provided (no prior experience required, but preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in homes and community settings.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks to maintain independence.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social inclusion.
• Accompany clients to appointments, activities, or social outings.
• Support recovery and community integration per individual plans.
• Follow support plans and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with personal care if needed.
