Job summary

Walfinch Suffolk Coastal is seeking Community Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across the Saxmundham Division. You will assist with personal care, mobility support, and medication management, while offering companionship and emotional support to clients.

Travel between client homes in Saxmundham, Leiston, Aldeburgh, Framlingham and surrounding villages is required. The role includes ongoing paid training and access to development opportunities within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility support and medication management.
• Provide emotional support and companionship during transition periods.
• Assess evolving client needs and feedback information to the Saxmundham care management team.
• Travel between client homes in Saxmundham, Leiston, Aldeburgh, Framlingham and surrounding villages.
