Job summary

Walfinch West Suffolk is seeking Community Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across the Hadleigh Division, covering Hadleigh, Diss, Stowmarket and surrounding villages.

You will assist with personal care, medication management, mobility support, and provide companionship while assessing evolving client needs and feeding back to the Hadleigh care management team. Travel between client homes is required, and the role is open to female applicants only (GOR).

Qualifications

• Female applicants only (GOR) under Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, medication management and mobility support.
• Provide emotional support and companionship during transition periods.
• Assess evolving client needs and relay vital information to the Hadleigh care management team.
