Walfinch Suffolk Coastal is seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across our Halesworth Division. You will assist clients with daily living, offer companionship, and support families in managing transitions.

We deliver specialist dementia care and empower staff with paid training, a thorough induction, and ongoing development. Travel between client homes in Halesworth, Southwold, Reydon and surrounding villages is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
• Provide emotional support and companionship during transition periods.
• Specialist dementia care for local charities.
• Assess evolving client needs and provide updates to the care management team in Halesworth.
• Travel between client homes in Halesworth, Southwold, Reydon and surrounding villages.
