Community Support Worker - Bolton (SW/Bolton/25.03) Bolton, England

Salary: GBP 12.6 - GBP 14.5 per hour

We seek Support Workers with at least six months of experience assisting Service Users in the UK. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping Service Users achieve their goals and maintain a healthy, positive lifestyle.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting individuals using a person-centered approach
2. Building professional relationships with Service Users, their families, and other professionals
3. Communicating meaningfully with each individual
