Job Responsibility:

  2. Location: Bolton Based Settings
  3. Salary: £12.00 per hour, with a 10% enhancement for weekend duties, plus £40 sleep-in payment where applicable
  4. Contract: Permanent
  5. Hours: Up to 30 hours per week

Join Bolton Cares at our Mental Health Hub, supporting individuals experiencing mental health issues. The role involves creating support plans, developing skills, promoting independence, and helping clients engage with their community.

About the role:

As part of the Bolton Cares team, you will foster a positive, supportive environment. Experience supporting complex mental health conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, or personality disorder is desirable. You will support clients through various settings, including crisis and supported living, maintaining resilience and calmness in challenging situations. Your support will focus on strengths and positive outcomes, assisting with daily activities and community engagement.

The service operates 24/7, with shifts including sleep-ins. Note: We are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship.
