Autism Together is a charity and service provider offering specialist support to autistic people for almost 60 years. This Weekend Support Worker role supports individuals in their homes and the community across Wirral and West Cheshire, with 12 hours per week on weekends.

You will be part of a friendly team, delivering personalised care and engaging in activities from personal care to appointments. A manual driving licence is required and the role offers extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring nature with a desire to support people.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent may be required; full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalised care plans with individuals.
• Help with daily activities, appointments, and community outings.
