JMR Healthcare is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide dedicated support to children, young people and adults with various needs in family homes and in the community across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will travel locally, maintain safeguarding, and work flexibly including sleep-ins as required to ensure continuity of care.

You must be resilient and patient, with a focus on high-quality care and compassionate, person-centred support in line with our values.

Qualifications
