You will be confident in coaching and developing others, managing service performance, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and organisational standards. A strong understanding of person-centred support, safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act and positive behavioural approaches is essential.
You'll join an organisation committed to quality, continuous improvement and supporting people to achieve the best possible outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to influence service development, develop your leadership career, and work alongside passionate colleagues who share our values and commitment to excellence.
This role will also participate in the on-call rota and deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
