Job summary

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, flexibility to travel to different locations, and commitment to CPD.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent qualification required.
• English language or IELTS qualification required.
• Theoretical and practical training to NVQ 3 level in relevant area or relevant experience.
• Evidence of recent study (e.g., Anatomy and Physiology, Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy courses).

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat and discharge planning for patients under your care.
• Interpret information relevant to patient condition and progress; set realistic goals.
• Travel to different locations to facilitate hospital discharges; work with MDT.
• Support development of assessment, care planning and rehabilitation skills.
• Engage in CPD through supervision and in-service training.
