Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking a Community Liaison Manager to support the Southern Water contract. You will act as the link between our operations, Southern Water, customers and local communities, leading customer engagement across multiple projects and minimising disruption.

Responsibilities include developing communication plans, handling enquiries, building relationships with residents and authorities, and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer liaison, stakeholder engagement or community relations.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for customers, stakeholders and Southern Water throughout projects.
• Develop and deliver customer communication plans for major projects.
• Manage complex customer enquiries and complaints with timely resolution.
• Build relationships with residents, businesses, authorities and community groups.
• Provide updates on programme changes, delays and milestones to teams and clients.
• Conduct site visits and participate in community meetings.
• Identify and deliver Social Value opportunities with local initiatives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report on feedback and journey improvements.
