Job summary

Places for People in the North West is hiring for a Community Safety role focusing on anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud and domestic abuse. You will work with partners, prepare evidence, issue court applications and support safeguarding teams to deliver high standards across communities.

This role requires housing management experience, the ability to manage own workload, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel to Bolton, Clayton Brook, Standish and Wigan.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour and related issues.
• Experience handling an anti-social behaviour caseload.
• Housing sector experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy-related issues.
• Prepare and issue court applications with evidence and documentation.
• Enforce tenancy conditions and liaise with external partners and safeguarding teams.
• Support enforcement actions to maintain safe, pleasant neighbourhoods.
