Job summary

Vico Homes Limited is seeking Community Safety Officers to join the Community Safety Team. You will assess and investigate anti-social behaviour cases and determine whether preventative, intervention or legal action is needed.

You will support witnesses and victims, keep them informed, and work with partners to coordinate responses to anti-social behaviour, domestic violence and hate crime. Flexible hours and both full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with partner agencies and preparing legal cases.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a high paced environment.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Community Safety Team, assess and investigate anti-social behaviour cases to determine intervention or legal action.
• Provide direct support to witnesses and victims, keeping them informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate with community safety partners to deliver a coordinated response to ASB, domestic violence and hate crime.
• Take part in the out-of-hours response service.
