Shaw Trust is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a caseload of participants in the community and at Activity Hubs. You will support participants to engage, break down barriers, achieve milestones and develop enhanced skillsets, while facilitating delivery at pop-up Satellite Hubs across the region.

The role offers the chance to contribute to social mobility and inclusion with a strong focus on partnership and impact. Based in Southampton with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering community-facing services or employability support.
• Ability to engage diverse participants and facilitate progression milestones.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
