Job summary

Shaw Trust in Hampshire is seeking a Supported Employment Team Leader to guide a team of Employment Specialists delivering high-quality, person-centred support to participants facing barriers to employment. This role is field-based, community-focused and requires travel across the contract area.

You will coach staff, ensure adherence to the Supported Employment Model and SEQF standards while driving performance and continuous improvement in outcomes for participants.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Knowledge of the Supported Employment Model and SEQF Quality Framework.
  • Experience achieving performance targets and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across community settings.
  • Passion for helping people overcome barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Specialists delivering exceptional service quality and outcomes.
  • Drive contract performance, quality standards and SEQF Quality Framework through supervision, field mentoring and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with employers, referral partners, commissioners and community stakeholders.
  • Use performance data, participant feedback and quality assurance activity to improve services and maximise outcomes.
  • Lead and support quality reviews, SEQF assessments and continuous improvement activities across the team.
