Job summary
Superdrug Pharmacy Manager in Stroud is seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead a busy community pharmacy team. You will drive patient care, manage stock and operations, and ensure GPhC standards are met while delivering excellent service.
You will collaborate with regional healthcare managers, deliver and develop pharmacy services, and play a key role in expanding Superdrug's healthcare offering. GPhC registration, leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential, with
Qualifications
- GPhC registered pharmacists
- Leadership and team management experience
- Commercial awareness and NHS pharmacy funding knowledge
- Independent Prescriber qualification welcome but not essential
- Newly qualified pharmacists encouraged to apply
- Committed to delivering outstanding patient care
- Ambitious to grow into regional healthcare management roles
Responsibilities
- Lead the pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
- Manage stock, operations and GPhC standards
- Drive commercial success while ensuring compliance
- Develop and deliver pharmacy and healthcare services for the local community
- Use clinical expertise to support patients with diverse healthcare needs
