Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Stroud to lead the pharmacy team, oversee stock and operations, and uphold GPhC standards while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a GPhC qualified pharmacist, preferably with community pharmacy experience, with strong leadership and a solid understanding of NHS funding and profitability through targets.

The role offers a competitive salary (£63,000 FTE negotiable), 42.5 hours per week with occasional Saturdays, and a benefits

Qualifications

• Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist.
• Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Have an understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations including staffing, stock, and compliance with GPhC standards.
• Provide line management support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.
• Drive performance to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.
