Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy community pharmacy in Tunstall. You will oversee staff, stock management and ensure GPhC standards while delivering outstanding patient care.

As a leader, you’ll drive exceptional service, manage operations and work to grow the pharmacy’s healthcare offerings within the local community. The role offers a competitive salary with bonus potential and a supportive regional team.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.
• Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commercial awareness and NHS funding understanding.
