Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Stroud to lead the pharmacy team, oversee stock and operations, and uphold GPhC standards while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a GPhC qualified pharmacist, preferably with community pharmacy experience, with strong leadership and a solid understanding of NHS funding and profitability through targets.

The role offers a competitive salary (£63,000 FTE negotiable), 42.5 hours per week with occasional Saturdays, and a benefits

The Role

As a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager, you will have day to day responsibility for your team, stock, operational and GPhC (PSNI) standards. You will receive direct line management support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.
