Superdrug offers a Pharmacy Manager role in Bridgwater (TA6 4AB) for a GPhC registered pharmacist to lead a team and deliver high-quality patient care. You will manage stock, operations and regulatory standards, drive commercial success and shape healthcare services for the local community.

With 27 hours per week (alternate Saturdays) and a salary up to £69,000 FTE, negotiable by experience, this role sits within a supportive and expanding network of Superdrug pharmacies nationwide.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacists required.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.
• Newly qualified pharmacists encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commercial awareness and NHS pharmacy funding understanding.
• Ambitious individuals for future regional management roles.

Responsibilities

• Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Managing stock, operations and GPhC (PSNI) standards.
• Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance.
• Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet local community needs.
• Using clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs.
• Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.
• Shaping the future of Superdrug's healthcare offering.
