Superdrug Stores is recruiting a Pharmacist to lead the local pharmacy in Tunstall. As Pharmacy Manager you will oversee staff, stock, and regulatory standards, while delivering high-quality patient care and expanding services in the community.

You will be GPhC registered, with community pharmacy experience preferred, and have strong leadership and commercial awareness. The role offers a negotiable salary up to £55,000 FTE, with a realistic bonus potential and flexible working patterns.

Qualifications

GPhC registered pharmacist with leadership abilities.
Community pharmacy experience preferred.
Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.
Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding.
Ambitious individuals with potential for Regional Healthcare Manager roles.

Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care.
