SureCare Glasgow is looking for enthusiastic Social Support Workers to join our growing team in the Lenzie, Kirkintilloch and Milton of Campsie area.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time hours with driving may be beneficial for travel to community activities and support visits. You will provide companionship, help people stay active in the community and assist with daily tasks to promote independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and social support
• Supporting people to get out into the community
• Going for walks and visiting cafés and local shops
• Supporting with shopping and everyday activities
• Light household duties, such as tidying and washing dishes
• Encouraging confidence, independence and wellbeing
• Personal care may be required, depending on the person's individual needs
