As our new Community Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be a key link between the hospice and the wider community. You'll help build meaningful connections with local groups, community leaders, healthcare professionals, and individuals, ensuring people can access support that helps them live well, die well, and grieve well.
This is a brand-new role, and you’ll be part of a warm, collaborative team where your ideas and input will genuinely help shape our future work.

To help you to achieve that, you’ll have excellent communication skills, be IT competent as well as flexible and adaptable, and comfortable liaising with a variety of people in a compassionate and considered manner.
