Are you a natural conversationalist looking for a flexible role that fits your life? We’re looking for a confident, business-savvy Telemarketer to join our friendly team. This isn’t about cold selling—it’s about warm, purposeful calls that build relationships and open doors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • List Cleansing & Data Enrichment: Calling businesses to confirm the key decision-makers for their outsourced IT supplier.
  • Warm Follow-Up Calls: Continuing conversations with contacts after we’ve sent personalised gifts, guides, or handwritten notes. Your aim? To set appointments or gather useful details like contract end dates.

You’ll also lend a hand with marketing activities as part of our broader outbound campaigns.

What Makes This Role Great:
  • Flexible Hours: Start with 8 hours per week, spread over as little as 2 hours per day. There’s room to grow to 16 hours per week as campaigns increase, giving you the flexibility to fit work around your life.
  • Supportive Start: You’ll work from our office initially to immerse yourself in our culture, with the potential for some homeworking once you’re settled.
  • Engaging Work: This is about meaningful conversations – no cold, high-pressure sales here!
What We’re Looking For:
  • A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys chatting with people and has a good level of business acumen to hold professional conversations. You’ll need to understand the challenges business owners face and empathise with their needs.
  • Someone with a natural curiosity or interest in technology, so you can get to grips with our industry and the IT lingo we use – acronyms like MSP (Managed Service Provider) and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) will soon become second nature!
  • Organised, detail-focused, and happy to support marketing activities beyond calls.

While experience isn’t essential, a strong understanding of business challenges and a genuine interest in learning about the tech world will help you hit the ground running.
