Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a fixed term/secondment in the Hastings & Rother area. You will independently manage a community caseload and supervise Band 5, Band 4 and Band 3 staff as part of an inter-professional team.

You will deliver holistic assessments, provide targeted OT interventions, and contribute to service improvement and education across colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Occupational Therapist with community experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a clinical caseload in the community setting.
• Supervise Band 5; Band 4 and Band 3 staff.
• Provide occupational therapy input and education within the inter-disciplinary team.
