Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the CAMHS/LD Team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). Qualifications

• Experience as an occupational therapist.
• Autonomous working and caseload management from assessment to discharge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments for children with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary formulation and care planning.
• Provide specialist interventions and governance activities within CAMHS/LD Team.
