Requirements: You must hold a current NMC UK pin to be considered. This is a fixed-term position until 16/12/2025, with a Monday-Friday shift pattern.
The Glasgow Community Children’s Nursing Team has a 1.0 WTE fixed-term Band 5 Staff Nurse post (37 hours/week). The team operates Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. The role involves providing high-quality, culturally sensitive nursing care to children aged 0-19 in the community, working in partnership with families and other agencies.
You will assess care needs, develop and evaluate family-centered care plans, and support parents and carers through advice, training, and empowerment to care for children at home or in community settings. Collaboration with various health and social care agencies is essential, and you will work across NHS Greater Glasgow area.
This role requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
