Job summary

East Suffolk And North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the North West Integrated Neighbour Team, based at Hartismere Hospital. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes, using excellent communication to work across professional boundaries.

You will need a valid driving licence and access to a car for community-based work, and be committed to ongoing professional development within a supportive MDT environment.

Qualifications

• RN Qualification (Part 1 of register) or equivalent.
• Current NMC registration.
• Driver with access to a car for community-based work.
