Job summary

East Suffolk And North Essex Nhs Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the North East Integrated Neighbour Team. You will provide high quality care in patients' homes, showing commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility in a 08:00–18:00 seven day service.

The role involves working with district and community nurses, therapists and social care colleagues, with broad opportunities for training and professional development within a supportive MDT.

Qualifications

• RN Qualification (Part 1 of register) or equivalent.
• Current NMC registration.
• Experience in community nursing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and leg ulcer management.
• Deliver palliative care and venepuncture.
• Attend GP MDT meetings and PICC line care.
• Mentor students and engage in tissue viability link roles.
• Order equipment and support colleagues in community setting.
