Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Registered Community Nurses to deliver high-quality patient-centred care in patients' homes, across a variety of settings within the Forest of Dean locality. The role offers permanent status with options for full-time or part-time work and includes a structured preceptorship programme for newly qualified nurses.

Applicants must hold current NMC registration; post-registration experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must have current NMC registration.
• Post-registration experience is helpful but not essential.
• NHS community experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in their own homes with patient-centred plans.
• Support and coach patients in managing their conditions.
• Work across shifts including early and late across 7 days and bank holidays.
• Collaborate with Integrated Community Team to deliver care.
