Job summary
East Coast Community Healthcare CIC is recruiting a Registered Community Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to adults in their homes, clinics and residential settings within the Lowestoft area. You will work with Senior nurses to build confidence and develop caseload management in the community.
The role includes holistic assessments, medication administration, wound care, and health coaching to promote independence.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
- BSc in Nursing Practice or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in the community.
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
- Health coaching and patient education experience would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred nursing care to adults at home, clinics, or residential settings.
- Carry out holistic assessments and plan care with the team.
- Administer medications, wound care, and clinical interventions.
- Collaborate with and support other health and social care professionals.
