Pulse Nursing is offering a variety of day shifts for experienced Community Nurses in Teddington. Our Community Nurses provide care to clients with diverse needs within their home environment throughout the community.

Community Nurses help people in Teddington lead happy and healthy lives. They reduce pressure on NHS hospitals by caring for patients at home, making this a rewarding role centered on patients and the community.

Day shifts are available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with competitive hourly pay rates.

Community Nurse Responsibilities:

• Providing basic care such as checking temperature, blood pressure, and breathing
• Changing catheters as required
• Diabetes care
• Ensuring compliance with documentation
• Wound management and symptom control
• Visiting clients to care for their needs in a timely manner

Role Requirements:

• Registered nurse with a current NMC pin
• At least 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years
• Valid driving license and own car
• Meet our Framework Compliance requirements (guidance provided)
• Opportunities to upskill for Community Nursing roles; experience in A&E, ITU, Medical, or Surgical nursing is welcome for those seeking a change to community work
