Job summary

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is looking for Community Navigators on a fixed-term contract ending 31 December 2027, based at our Sandwell/Walsall offices. You will support people affected by gaming and gambling harms, helping them improve wellbeing and independence by linking them to local services.

You will work with specialist treatment providers to deliver non-clinical, person-centred support and connect clients to debt, benefits, housing, employment and energy advice.
