Touchstone, a mental health and wellbeing charity in Leeds, is inviting applications for a Community Support Team Support Worker on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2028. The role is for 37 hours per week, with a starting pay of £31,173.24 per year under the Touchstone Pay Structure (2024) points 18-22.

The CST works with service users with complex needs across Leeds. Applicants should have experience in mental health work in any setting, with NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or above

Qualifications

• Experience of mental health work in residential, day care, nursing or community setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide intensive mental health support to service users with complex needs.
• Work with Community Mental Health Teams across Leeds.
• Engage in outreach and collaborative care planning with clients and teams.
